Can they really say that just because you have tattoos (that can be easily covered up) that you cannot work at a place like this? For those of you who don’t know what Braum’s is, it is like Dairy Queen/grocery store. Isn’t this discrimination?

Yes, it’s discrimination, only it’s not the illegal kind. Having tattoos does not place you in a protected class.
